However the Albany business is DREADFUL - communication is very poor indeed, resulting in long delays and stress for us. Eventually we went to another business in town and all our concerns were VERY satisfactorily dealt with in minimal time. Sorry Bridgestone, you lost us!

Excellent customer service & professional knowledge. Had a deflated caravan tyre that had a faulty valve stem. Repaired without cost as well as a new spare valve stem in my pocket.
You’d be nuts going anywhere else.

- Oliver Hunt Added April 07, 2023★ ★ ☆ ☆ ☆Admittantly we got a great price on our 4wd tyres but when they installed them we noticed that they had not tightened the wheel nuts on the front left wheel, the car was making a loud knocking noise and realized it was because 4 of the wheel nuts were completely loose, could move them with my hand, pretty bad for a tyre shop.
