Not only does Toni keep me up to date with maintenance issues but she takes the time to photograph any changes we have made at the properties. Toni also maintains a professional and good relationship with the tenants, and ensures the tenants look after the properties to a high standard. We work as a team. Her knowledge of rental regulations and landlord obligations is excellent. I could not do without her amazing support.
