  Mum, dad & I bought quite a few Holden's from here in the 1970s, 80s & 90s and the service was fabulous under its previous owners however my wife bought a new Nissan here not too long ago, it had issues so she took it back... long story short she ended up being intimidated and threatened with forcefull removal from the premises. We will never step on this dealers property again and avoid the dealer principle with a passion. We will buy in Perth next time.

  Jo and Chris provided great assistance, understanding, compassion and patience, helping get our car back on the road and were prepared to go above and beyond in anyway they could.

  Friendly, genuine, no nonsense car sales that never make you feel pressured but try to help in every way possible. I bought a near new Holden from here just over a year ago. I drove from Perth just to view it and was very pleased to find that it was exactly how it was described and still exceeds my expectations.

  Decided to try somewhere different to have my BMW serviced as not overly happy with other service centres. I was initially impressed with the neat and orderly workshop, and with the courtesy shown to me by a young mechanic who led me to the service desk where again, great manners. I appreciate it when a staff member rises to his feet and addresses me in a cheerful manner as "Mr. Green".
  Upon completion of the job, I was greeted by another polite young man from the workshop, (Emerson), who guided me through the work sheet, escorted me to the desk for paymemt ... an account far under expection and again a polite and genuinely friendly attitude. I was then directed and farewelled to my washed and vacuumed car. No, not a Holden, never the less I am encouraged to return for the next , the 50,000 km service.
  Well done Albany City Holden, professionalism, courtesy and service in a town, and an industry where such can be can be a bit scarce..
