  Was great that we could pickup the keys after they had closed up for the night. You can hear the traffic going by but not that loud, the air-conditioned was quite loud, had to turn it off. The fan would come on in the bathroom as it was on a sensor so would go on when you went to the loo, a bit noisy when your partner was asleep. But was a good stay, could use a new mattress in room 13

  The room we had was spotless and we had a very comfortable king size bed the only downside was that it was a cold night so we turned on the heater and it was so noisy it sounded like a tractor so I recommend that they get a service guy in as soon as possible to repair it.

  We absolutely loved staying here. Great family hotel. We got a room with A double bed and there was an extra bed in the room for our daughter. Nice clean rooms. Bathroom,toilet,microwave,kettle, bar fridge,TV. side tables on each side of bed and the single bed. interconnected rooms,so we could leave door open to see our friends. out door alfresco is a good size to. The on-site Indian restaurant was absolutely amazing,one of the best we have had and the staff there were fabulous and attentive.
  There is a pool also and games rooms and laundry to. Fabulous place to stay. Definitely will be back.

  Scam and rude on phone while I gently asked for my credit on room.
  No refunds okay. But manager Darcy threats with calling police if I ask for my money back or to use as in credit for future booking.

  Scam!! Absolutely rip of of 153 dollars for the stay i never used.
  Called in to use my credit after 3 tries. Counrty comfort manager jacky i spoke to she said it’s gone because they didn’t refund or neither i can use it when i wanted.
  So rude on phone call. She said in plain words “ looks like you lost your money”.

  Beatiful view of Albany. Rooms were clean, warm and comfortable. Indian restaurant on site with great food.
